Anita Lal has for many decades supported craftspeople, women empowerment and rural communities across India. In 2021, her long-held commitment and vision took shape as the Good Earth Heritage Foundation.
Through our work in capacity building, design-led innovation, financial support, and the archiving and documentation of tangible and intangible practices, the foundation shapes and protects a thriving cultural landscape. One where heritage crafts are self-reliant, communities flourish through sustainable livelihoods, and the spirit of making continues to evolve with time.
